As a regional leader and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) professional, Thomas leverages insights from cultural psychology, media ecology/psychology, communication studies,

and systems thinking to improve equitable culture change.

 

As a crisis Motivational Interviewing (MI) trainer and MI practitioner, Thomas infuses trust, accountability, autonomy, and genuine, honest communication into every interaction.

 

Thomas continues to actively work with cultural psychology and media studies–related projects that aim to improve community interventions that support mental health against worldviews that create division, toxicity, and the erosion of psychological safety.
